Job Description
Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) provides service to approximately 6,300 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 in 34 schools and is one of the largest employers in the Grande Prairie/Spirit River region.
PWPSD manages one of the largest transportation systems in the province of Alberta. Each day, approximately 100 school bus drivers travel more than 14,225 kilometers in a total service area of 16,519 square kilometers.
PWPSD Transportation Department invites applications for a Temporary Full-Time Transportation Clerk (40 hours/week). Shift schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with parents and drivers through telephone and 2‑way radio.
- Create work orders and CVIP inspection reports.
- Create monthly vehicle and extra‑trip billing reports.
