OVERVIEW
Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Temporary Sample Coordinator to join the Merchandising team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Responsible for post market management of all samples for Mainline Leather Goods, RTW, Footwear, Jewelry; Heaven RTW, Accessories, Jewelry; Outlet Leather Goods & Jewelry, Beauty, Little Marc, Eyewear
+ Maintain database of samples that includes notable product corrections that need to be corrected in post-production, current location of samples, estimate return status, future needs etc.
+ Follow up with all cross-functional teams on sample return status and condition
+ Key cross functional partners: Product Merchants, Creative Services, Marketing Team, PR Team, Commercial teams, PD Teams, and Design
+ Maintain and organize the sample closets
+ Seasonal Market support including:
