Our client is looking for a Tendering Manager who will be responsible to lead the tendering function by analyzing project requirements, evaluating risks, and preparing competitive, well-structured bids that maximize the companys chances of securing projects. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management - Lead and manage the Tender Department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and workload. - Mentor, guide, and develop estimators and quantity surveyors to enhance team performance. - Conduct annual performance evaluations and support hiring decisions in coordination with senior management.
