Job Description
The Surgical Territory Manager is responsible for the development and management of a commercial territory by promoting a range of surgical products to healthcare professionals. This dynamic role combines sales, market development, and clinical support in the operating room. The incumbent works closely with surgeons, medical staff, and hospital decision-makers to achieve sales objectives while ensuring a high level of service, training, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territorial sales plan, including business reviews, training, and educational events.
- Achieve sales targets for all products, including capital equipment and consumables in hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administrations, and foundations.
