**Employment Type:** Full-Time Direct Hire
**Salary:** $130,000 – $145,000/year depending on experience + quarterly bonus opportunities + mileage reimbursement
**Sign-On Bonus:** $10,000
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Leadership flexibility required)
