Test Automation Intern – Programming This intern role is responsible for applying entry-level knowledge of engineering principles and practices in engineering to support validation and verification of the various Chamberlain products. This role will be heavily involved in designing, sustaining, and troubleshooting test automation equipment used in testing. We are looking for candidates for two positions: Technical skills Basic programming skills (Python, C#, Java, etc.) Understanding of OOP concepts (e.g., classes, inheritance, encapsulation) and ability to write basic scripts. Knowledge of Git for cloning repositories, committing changes and working with branches. Ability to identify issues in test scripts or application behavior and perform basic debugging. Understanding of how APIs work (rest), with basic ability to send requests and validate responses (e.g., using tools like Postman) Basic understanding of communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, or Ethernet, including how devic...
