Responsibilities: Deliver structured and interactive lessons in Hindi language, grammar, literature, and comprehension for Classes IX and X. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus and educational standards. Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and oral evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills and academic performance. Encourage reading habits and literary appreciation through classroom activities, debates, and storytelling sessions. Collaborate with the academic team to review curriculum content and suggest improvements. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
