Overview
The role involves managing multi-location contract manufacturing partners , ensuring seamless operations, compliance, quality, and cost optimisation while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Budgeting- Prepare data for annual budgeting (last year vs. budget vs. projections)
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs and recommend corrective actions
- Support cost optimisation initiatives to align with business goals
- Identify and onboard 3rd party manufacturers across locations/geographies
- Finalise agreements with contract manufacturers, including SLAs and commercial terms
- Ensure smooth setup and ongoing operations in compliance with legal, quality, and packaging standards
- Monitor project timelines using Gantt charts and escalate risks to ensure timely completion
