Reports To: Project Manager & Production Lead
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a social‑native video editor/creator who lives on social media (TikTok and Reels), understands Gen Z culture, and instinctively gets the tone, pacing, and hooks behind content that performs. You’re not an execution‑only editor — you understand client strategy well enough to independently decide which edits to make, how to frame them, and why they’ll work.
You can review interviews, face‑to‑camera content, podcasts, or archival footage and determine which moments should become edits without being given clip‑by‑clip instructions. You experiment with trends, understand what hooks an audience, and know how to make content feel fresh, relevant, and platform‑native. You work fast, use effects intentionally,...
