***This position will be physically located in The Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
Under the supervision of the FMS Maintenance Manager, oversees the day-to-day execution of the vehicle autobody maintenance program. Directly supervises Shop Leads who are responsible for all assigned Autobody Maintenance Section personnel. Is responsible for planning and scheduling workloads to optimize use of resources, including personnel, time, tools, equipment, and facilities. Prepares, analyzes, and briefs reports on maintenance schedules, production, performance, and trends across the department. Ensures effective enforcement of established policies and procedures. Provides oversight of Autobody Technicians that perform repairs, replacements, and other alterations to the exteriors of motor vehicles. Performs diagnostic assessments to ensure that all issues have been detected and remedied. Prepares vehicles for body repair work. Works to restore vehicles to best...
