We are seeking a talented individual to join our Total Health Manager team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto, CA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect:
- Develop and support Total Health Management Consultant (THM) business in collaboration with Mercer’s offices,
- Increase the visibility of organizational health services in Canada,
- Develop business opportunities and provide project support for the client and consultant,
- Complete key tasks and work, delegate/collaborate within the THM team as needed
- Support accountability and fiscal responsibility for revenue/profitability for client accounts and projects
