Job Description
- Support Beneq’s Semiconductor ALD products throughout their lifecycle—from field issue resolution to continuous product improvement and future product development support
- Act as a technical expert supporting customers, field service engineers, and internal teams
- Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and process-related issues remotely and on-site
- Lead and support root cause analysis and product reliability improvement activities
- Collect and analyze customer and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to enhance product performance and serviceability
- Participate in failure analysis, FMEA, and corrective action activities
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and service readiness
