Position: Track & Trace Specialist / Carrier Sales Assistant
Location: Bogotá, Colombia – On-site (Buro 25 Office)
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $3,200,000 COP + legal benefits
English Level: B2+ / C1 (Advanced)
Role Summary
The Track & Trace Specialist ensures full shipment visibility from pickup to delivery. This role monitors loads in real time, communicates with carriers, and maintains accurate system updates to proactively prevent delays and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shipments in real time within the TMS.
- Call drivers to confirm location and ETA.
- Update shipment milestones (Dispatched, Picked Up, In Transit, Delivered).
- Identify delays and manage solutions proactively.
- Escalate issues via Slack, email, and internal systems.
- Manage high-volume inbox and tracking requests.
- Request and upload POD for billing.
