Job Description
Position Summary:
The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with US and Mexican Customs regulations for Regal Rexnord’s maquiladora operation in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua. This includes but is not limited to: HTS Classification, Valuation, Origin Management, Annex 24 and Annex 30 control, Fixed Assets controls, Broker management as applicable, transaction auditing, recordkeeping, policies and procedures, and related training
Major Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert for all aspects of Customs compliance related to Mexican maquiladora operations.
- Consistently review any law or regulations changes and their impact to the operation. Communicate to stakeholders accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date automated accounting of all trade cargo data (imports, bills of materials, and exports) to ensure inventories in the Annex 24 match ERP system and physical inventories.
