Position SummaryLead the company's Trade Compliance and International Trade strategy, ensuring full compliance with customs, trade, and fiscal regulations governing import and export operations.This role is responsible for managing the IMMEX Program, VAT Certification (IVA/IEPS), Annex 24 compliance, security certifications, and customs compliance initiatives while minimizing risk and maximizing operational efficiency and trade benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.Manage and maintain IMMEX, VAT Certification (IVA/IEPS), OEA, C-TPAT, and other applicable trade compliance certifications.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Annex 24 inventory control systems and related regulatory obligations.Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to government agency inquiries and compliance reviews.Manage relationships with government authorities, including SA...
