What You Will Do: The Trade Promotions Lead (TPL) delivers high-impact prepack programs and drives operational excellence across Kenvue’s portfolio. You will lead complex, high-volume prepack execution with strong forecast discipline and take-rate accountability—ensuring product readiness, accurate allocations, and retailer compliance. As a key connector across Sales, Trade Customization, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning, you’ll bring deep systems and retailer knowledge, crisp communication, and the agility to make fast, informed decisions when priorities shift. You will also help onboard new team members and champion process and system enhancements that improve visibility, reporting efficiency, and day-to-day decision-making.
