**LCAT: Trainer I-(CTB)**
**Clearance: SECRET Clearance**
**Location: Fort Campbell, KY**
**Job Function/Responsibilities/Qualifications:**
+ Works independently under general supervision to develop, implement and evaluate advanced MCIS instructions and materials
+ Advises and makes recommendations on the delivery of MCIS and virtual training solutions
+ Conducts training classes, over the shoulder assistance, demonstrations and leads ground discussions for BDE and above units
+ 4-years relevant military experience operating Army MCIS training
+ Familiar with Battalion and above operations
+ Will certify trainers in accordance with (IAW) the government approved certification program
