This role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and maintaining training documentation—no training delivery involved. Established in 2003, our team supports a growing database of over 7,000 healthcare professionals and is known for providing responsive, confidential, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate training records, updating systems with certificates, expiry dates, and compliance data.
  • Track mandatory training renewals and send reminders to candidates and internal teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate all training sessions, including booking trainers, venues, and digital platforms.
  • Manage the training inbox, training calendar, and administration systems.
