Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Children and Families, the Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for working with First Nations in Manitoba on the design and implementation of training programs aimed to enhance the capacity of First Nations engaged in delivering services to children and families. The Specialist will incorporate Traditional Knowledge, customs, and cultural practices in developing education and training material to reunite and strengthen families through prevention services.
