Key Responsibilities
Training Management- Facilitate training and onboarding for newly hired associates and act as culture ambassador to support a positive associate experience
- Coordinate with business partners, including Supply Chain Leadership Team, Training Specialists, Safety, and Human Relations to ensure associates complete requirements
- Work with the local management teams to create and manage training matrix for the location, including tracking completed
- Partner with the Operational Excellence team, Training and Engagement Supervisors, and the Supply Chain Leadership team to evaluate associate capabilities and provide clear feedback on skill proficiency and any additional training needs.
