Training Coordinator - Human Services Program - Remote

This is a remote position. Summary: The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking a Training Coordinator to support a federal human services program serving vulnerable populations, including youth, young adults, and families. Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Coordinator provides the administrative and logistical backbone of the program's training operation. This role supports the Training Manager in delivering onboarding, mandatory, role-based, and refresher training across all program teams. This position requires strong administrative and coordination skills, excellent record keeping and attention to detail, confidentiality, responsiveness, and the ability to work across field operations, onboarding, quality assurance, data and reporting, and program leadership teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
