Job Description
The Training & Development Specialist is responsible to administrate the core training processes for the local IDL personnel.
Also is responsible for the research, proposal, design, implementation and conducting of any respective training and development program. They should attend any necessary training on hosting the programs, as well as collaborate with any necessary internal or external personnel.

General Responsibilities
• Key participant in conducting training sessions
• Key participant in the testing of trainees to evaluate and measure their learning process
• Collaborate on the design and development of training and educational programs
• Key participant in coaching sessions for less experienced peers, and to further individual ability and skill with hosting training and development programs
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
