Job Overview
Training and Learning Development Specialist to support the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative within Rockwell Automation’s CRM systems.
Responsibilities- Understand existing team and training processes to develop, track, and maintain a formalized training program for new users and users transitioning into new roles.
- Create, track, and execute training programs to refresh and enhance system skills for existing users.
- Understand the range of CRM functionality and implement methods to monitor usage and proactively identify gaps requiring additional training or support.
- Partner closely with super‑users across departments to assess, understand, and address training needs related to system adoption and usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in adult education, preferably within technical initiatives.
