Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the training process, implementing technical training and ensures the necessary skills for the employees.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, all collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs.
