- Training and coaching learners and machinists on specific sewing skills.
- Reporting on all training activities conducted.
- Delivering online training to support operator upskilling and performance enhancement.
- Assessing the capabilities of new employees.
- Assisting Supervisors in line set-ups as required.
- Facilitating offline operator upskilling and multi-skilling initiatives.
- Managing smaller sewing projects for external customers.
- Providing ad hoc training support for new production introductions or line changes.
- 3-5 years minimum sewing experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency essential).
- Multi-skilled across various sewing operations.
- Prior experience as a training instructor is advantageous.
