As an SCTR, you'll be responsible for delivering training following company guidelines. This position also includes coaching, mentoring, and assisting in re-certification.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Delivers on-the-job training (OJT), refresher courses, practical exams and other security and customer service training
- Monitors tests and assessments of screening employees, including supervising practical skills development sessions
- Implements training for new employees, and supports the new hire orientation program
