Purpose
The Training Specialist for the Collections unit is responsible for supporting resource management and overseeing training initiatives, ensuring alignment with IB’s collections strategy and the bank’s established policies.
Accountabilities
Act as a champion of a customer-centric culture, strengthening client relationships and leveraging the Bank’s enterprise-wide relationships, systems, and knowledge.
Lead role-specific, general, and mandatory training programs within the Collections Center.
Review training materials, coordinate training activities as required, and ensure their effective execution.
