Your day to day
Process investor dealing instructions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with established procedures
Produce daily, monthly and ad hoc reports to support operational and client requirements
Handle and resolve queries from asset managers and investors with a clear, professional approach
Process fund events efficiently while maintaining the integrity of investor records
Maintain a comprehensive archive of investor and client documentation to guarantee a full audit trail
Contribute actively to client-specific projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Your profile
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Transfer Agency or similar financial services environment
