As a Transformation Consultant, you will guide strategic conversations that help customers explore how Coveo can support business transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, and high-value initiatives across their organization.
You will engage early in the customer journey through executive meetings, cross‑functional discussions, and art‑of‑the‑possible workshops. Alongside customer‑facing teams, you will help frame business opportunities, align use cases to customer priorities, and strengthen how Coveo communicates enterprise value and long‑term transformation impact.
