Technical translators may create, evaluate, modify and translate different types of documentation used within or outside ISI that affect directly to our different processes.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Translate documents from English into Spanish and vice versa as required, reading through original documentation and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring the meaning of the source documentation is retained.
- Provide Certificate of Translation for documents translated.
- Review current processes at the plant to gain experience for translation and to provide consistency on translations.
- Consult Subject matter experts for help on translations.
- Prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Participate in Line Transfers to translate documentation to be transferred into our Mx facility.
- Work closely with Engineers when modification of MPI's is required to cover the translation of such changes.
