You'll facilitate incident investigations, collaborate with local teams, and contribute to training programs that promote a safety-first culture. Your leadership will be essential in tracking safety performance and operational compliance across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety compliance and develop policies
• Conduct location assessments and wellness checks
• Facilitate safety training and provide resources
• Analyze safety data to identify areas for improvement
• Work collaboratively with HR on recruitment and retention
Requirements:
• 7 years of experience in safety and transportation
• 5 years in managing fleet transportation
