This role seeks an experienced Senior Inspector with at least three years in MTO or municipal projects. You will oversee compliance, document contractor performance, and assist in creating internal and external reports. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of construction standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee contractor compliance with contract stipulations
• Measure and assess work for accurate contractor payments
• Prepare observation reports and manage photographic logs
• Assist in reviewing contractor submissions and scheduling
• Communicate efficiently with all relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years of senior inspection experience
• Registration with OACETT preferred
