Job SummaryThe role involves maintaining records for ITAR exports, managing license determinations, supporting business decisions with compliance reports, conducting customer screening, delivering security training, monitoring legislation, and improving processes.ResponsibilitiesMaintain records required for exports of ITAR hardware, technical data, and defense services including management of jurisdiction determinations and internal correspondence.Perform license determinations, apply license exceptions and exemptions, and file for licenses when applicable.Provide reports to support business financial decisions and demonstrate compliance with security regulations.Conduct new customer screening to ensure compliance to government import/export regulations, perform Denied Party Check (DPC) reviews, and ensure partner info is updated accurately.Develop and deliver training programs on basic and specialized security requirements, monitor case law and legislation, and provide timely comp...
