Job Description
This role oversees daily transportation operations within a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment. The Supervisor is responsible for labour planning, dispatch coordination, delivery execution, equipment utilization, and frontline employee support to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
This position requires a hands‑on leader who can manage performance in a unionized environment, maintain strong safety and operational standards, address service or productivity gaps, and partner effectively with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement.
Shift Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday: 7:00pm to 5:00am
