Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations and cash flow activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and transaction monitoring
- Oversee the recording of invoices and electronic payments
- Monitor accounts receivable and analyze overdue payments
- Document problematic files and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and account terms
- Plan and optimize short- and medium-term liquidity (multi-currency)
- Monitor financing agreements and related obligations
- Conduct credit analyses for new customers
- Participate in periodic financial close processes
