Purpose of Role
The COE Risk Administration Team Manager is responsible for leading the regional risk and hedging function across all markets in the Americas. This includes ensuring FX exposures (trading volume £ 9.2BLN) are accurately calculated, hedge strategies are aligned with General Treasury policy, and that execution and control processes are effective, compliant, and auditable. This role is accountable for the performance of two strategic streams (2 teams): FX Risk management and Hedging operations, ensuring their integration, automation, and alignment with Group Treasury’s risk appetite. In addition, the role requires a forward‑thinking, innovative leader capable of leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance strategic decision‑making, forecasting accuracy, process efficiency, and risk analytics.
