Job Description
The Trilingual HR Generalist will support employees and leaders across Mexico and broader LATAM operations (including Brazil and Spanish‑speaking markets). This role partners closely with regional HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver end‑to‑end people support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, consistent employee experience, and alignment with enterprise HR strategy.
The role requires strong Employee Relations capability, operational discipline, and the ability to work confidently across multiple languages, time zones, and regulatory environments.
