Drive improvements in engineering and service at Trojan as an Engineering Specialist in London, Ontario. Focused on Customer Defect Tracking, this position ensures impactful resolutions based on field data analysis.
You will work closely with the Director of Product Verification & Assurance to identify systemic field issues and coordinate multi-departmental solutions. With a commitment to enhancing engineering standards and verification strategies, you will own the lifecycle of defect analysis and resolution. This role requires onsite engagement and strong analytical capabilities.
