- Salary: 27.00 hourly, 40 to 70 hours per week. Minimum wage is guaranteed.
- Terms of employment: Permanent, full time.
Responsibilities
- Professionalism in customer service
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee vehicle condition and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform brake adjustments
- Perform emergency roadside repairs
- Perform pre‑trip, en‑route and post‑trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
- Tarp cargo and ensure its safety and security
