- Provide Trust & Safety support from Tuesday through Saturday, ensuring timely assistance for customers across multiple time zones worldwide.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and prevent potential fraudulent activities to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.
- Enforce Trust & Safety policies and procedures consistently, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage and oversee user verification processes, ensuring the authenticity of hosts and guests while maintaining a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and analyze transactions on the platform to detect suspicious behavior, reduce risks, and prevent disputes before they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve safety-related issues, improve processes, and enhance overall platform trust and security.
