Glenlake Minor Hockey Club seeks a passionate Head Coach for the 2026/2027 U13AA team. Drive skill development, foster teamwork, and cultivate an enduring love for hockey this season.
As Head Coach at Glenlake, you will run an elite program, ensuring a positive and competitive environment. Your experience at an elite level will be vital in guiding both players and Assistant Coaches, especially those with elite backgrounds. Maintain organized practices and liaise with parents to address concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead an elite hockey program for U13AA players
• Run a comprehensive development program throughout the season
• Organize and execute well-structured practice sessions
• Mentor Assistant Coaches and newly retired players
• Participate actively in scheduled ice times and events
Requirements:
• Coach Level 1 and Coach Level 2 certifications
• Respect In Sport certification required
• Previous youth hockey coaching experience
