Citi Dubai is launching an early career Mehnaty program designed to bridge classroom learning with corporate experience. The 12-month program offers Emirati citizens who are final-year undergraduates (any discipline) or recent graduates with GPA 2.5+ a structured entry into Citi’s teams, starting in July or September.
Participants will gain on-the-job experience across Citi’s departments, with a focus on developing professional skills, networking, and building a long-term career in the firm.
