Underwriting and Reinsurance Operations Management Support the Head of Department in managing and supervising underwriting (UW) and reinsurance (RI) operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, as well as the Companys strategies, policies, and procedures. Provide technical guidance and professional advice on underwriting and reinsurance matters to the Marketing Department, enabling the preparation of appropriate proposals and offerings for customers. Conduct underwriting audits in accordance with established requirements and procedures. Oversee portfolio analysis and evaluate underwriting results and overall performance. Consolidate findings, prepare reports, and recommend corrective measures to senior management when required.
