They work closely with our broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk. They are people-centric leaders who truly care about the development of their teams and invest in their career growth.
They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our brokers — this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered, and in-person broker meetings are regularly scheduled. They also pay attention to the smallest details and work closely with our Actuarial and Claims Departments.
