Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. A reasonable number of additional hours may be required to fulfill objectives.
Start time: approximately 1:00 pm.
Flexibility required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise PM sort operations and linehaul.
- Manage a group of unionized employees.
- Create a positive work environment, building employee loyalty and a team atmosphere.
- Achieve objectives as outlined in the operational scorecard.
- Manage performance of employees as per operational standards and indices.
- Improve operational standards through reviews of employee performance, coaching, counseling, and recognition.
- Communicate and implement policies, procedures, or programs.
- Complete a variety of reports and documents.
