Universal Financial Associate – Barrhead Branch
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Universal Financial Associate plays an integral role in the branch by supporting members with all their banking needs. The role involves preparing documents for member meetings, providing proactive contacts and follow‑up, handling walk‑in member discussions, and performing a variety of administrative and branch support activities. The associate also processes daily banking transactions and recommends products and services to ensure members feel good about their money.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively gather and document all pertinent information required for the Financial Advisor to have a robust conversation.
- Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and ensure they are fully compliant. Look for recommendations to shape the member's financial fitness.
