Job Description
We are looking for a full‑time Universal Financial Associate to support our members at the Olds Branch. The role reports to the Branch Manager and involves daily banking transactions, member relations, and support of branch activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for member meetings and support Financial Advisors.
- Gather and document member information to enable robust financial conversations.
- Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, providing recommendations to improve financial fitness.
- Open and review new accounts, following up with members per service guidelines.
- Enter loan application information and process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, utilities, money orders, credit card advances, foreign and domestic exchange, cheque cashing).
