Overview
Hydro One is the largest electricity transmission and distribution provider in Ontario. This role supports the engineering team in designing new and refurbished power substations and transmission lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering deliverables for the design of new and refurbished power substations and power transmission lines.
- Track, monitor, and report design progress and analyze key performance indicators of the Engineering Services Division.
- Assist Project Engineers in coordinating design disciplines to produce designs for replacing or upgrading power equipment and protection and control systems in power stations.
- Monitor and track progress of design to ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduled timelines.
