UNIX & SQL Production Support Engineer
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Responsibilities- Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing.
- Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms, contributing to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
- Continually focus on enhancing the performance of Java applications.
- Use Splunk for debugging and log analysis.
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
- Implement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirements.
