Job Description
Lead the Resource Geology initiatives at the Upper Beaver Gold Project as a supervisor. Drive the development of geological resource models while managing critical data systems.
You will report to the Geology General Supervisor and build the resource geology function from the ground up. This role is pivotal in overseeing database management, geological domain estimation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will shape reliable grade control frameworks and mineral resource estimations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish resource geology processes and teams
• Oversee 3D modelling, interpolation, and QA/QC
• Conduct semiannual mineral resource estimations
• Lead geostatistical analysis and risk evaluations
• Collaborate on drilling priorities for resource advancement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering
• 10 years of relevant work, including 5 in resources
• Proficiency with Datamine, Leapfrog Geo, ...
